‘Showing up as our own very best friend’

Back to Cork again! My ongoing draw to Cork continues.

As a mentioned before I have been looking more at the psychological aspects of life and menopause. Today we are chatting about boundaries, needs and real self care.

And the most important relationship we will have in our lives - the one with ourselves.

Steph believes boundaries are about showing up for ourselves and speaking our truth, while taking full responsibility for meeting our needs. Our boundaries are for us and never against another person. Successful boundaries come from a place of love and compassion, otherwise they are defences.

Steph O’Flynn is a Co-Creational Relationship & Parent Mentor, Inspirational Speaker, Podcaster, Yoga Teacher and more. She created the ‘Amazing Me Amazing You’ platform to share her vision to inspire the practice of self-love and self-care.

She is passionate about the positively transformative impact boundaries can have on all our relationships. At the heart of her work are the principles of owning our feelings as our wise creation and identifying and communicating our needs clearly, calmly and with confidence, through loving, firm boundaries.

Throughout her years in guiding and supporting people in creating boundaries in every aspect of their lives, Steph has witnessed and experienced the incredibly positive impact boundaries can have on all our relationships,
